We walk you step by step through the process. We provide you the forms that need to be filed and template bylaws you can customize to your own needs. Additionally, we can help you to obtain your local business license if you have not already done so. We recommend this option only for those who are comfortable with legal concepts and the basics of contracting.

We offer three basic plans for incorporations. We also offer an S corporation primer to help you to understand the S corp form and how to maintain that form after we set it up for you. An S corporation is established like a C corporation but by following a few simple rules is given a more favorable pass through taxation treatment by the IRS.
